2nd International Endomicroscopy Meeting

The 2nd International Endomicroscopy Meeting took place from September 10-11, 2009 in Mainz, Germany. More than 140 participants attended the meeting where the current and upcoming knowledge of confocal laser endomicroscopy was presented by a highly recognised international faculty.

 

The value of endomicroscopy was discussed for different diseases and the place of endomicroscopy within the clinical algorithm was highlighted. High-definition live-transmissions from the Johannes-Gutenberg-University of Mainz showed techniques, indications and interpretations of Endomicroscopy. Intense discussion and interactions between the audience and the experts where possible.
